- At least 2-years of verifiable work experience as a caregiver.
- Must be able to speak, write and understand English clearly.
- Pass a background check, criminal record clearance and drug screening.

- Physical clearance which includes TB and HBV testing within 1 year.
- Driver's license with proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certificate.
- CNA or HHA certificate a plus.
